Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using our websites, messaging us on our official channels, or ordering from any of our brands, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About our services

Tkatuf operates restaurants and cloud kitchens in Khobar, Dammam and Al Ahsa under brands including HN, ONE CHOICE, MRSALATA, FRISPY, BRG, CRAZY PASTA, GI, YMY, REEZ and EMI. We also provide event catering, and consulting and setup services for food businesses.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when confirmed by the branch or the delivery app — not merely when submitted.
• Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is made directly to the payment gateway or delivery app. We neither receive nor store your card details.
• Product images are illustrative; the final item may differ slightly.
• We make every effort to state ingredients and allergens, but our food is prepared in shared kitchens, so we cannot guarantee it is entirely free of any given allergen.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• App orders: cancellation and amendment follow that app's own policy, and are generally available before preparation begins.
• Direct pickup orders: you may amend or cancel by contacting us before preparation begins.
• If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with the order number and a photo, and we will resolve it by replacement or refund.
• Prepared food is not refundable after collection except in cases of quality or accuracy failure.

5. Catering

• Minimum 20 guests, maximum 1,000 guests per event.
• A quotation is binding only once approved in writing by both parties.
• Booking confirmation is required sufficiently in advance as agreed in the quotation; late cancellation may incur fees set out in that quotation.

6. Promotions

Offers are time-limited and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Each campaign is subject to the terms published when it launches.

7. Acceptable use

When using our sites or messaging us, you agree not to:

• Send unlawful or abusive content, or impersonate another person
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or probe them for vulnerabilities
• Use automated tools to scrape our content without our written permission
• Misuse our support channels with repetitive or bad-faith messages

We may block any user who breaches the above.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, designs, images and text on our sites and accounts are owned by or licensed to Tkatuf Growth Commercial Company. They may not be used commercially without prior written permission.

When you send us a photo or review through our channels, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in our marketing materials with attribution to you. You may withdraw that permission by contacting us.

9. Third-party sites and services

Our sites may link to third parties such as delivery apps and social platforms. We do not control their content or policies and accept no responsibility for them.

10. Limitation of liability

Our digital services are provided "as is"; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit. In all cases our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms, effective from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
