1. نطاق هذه السياسة
تنطبق هذه السياسة على البيانات الشخصية التي نعالجها من خلال مواقعنا وتطبيقاتنا وحساباتنا الرسمية، وتشمل:
- المواقع: tkatuf.com، find.hn، ymy.sa، hn.tkatuf.com، rep.tkatuf.com، absm.tkatuf.com
- قنوات المراسلة: واتساب للأعمال، والرسائل المباشرة والتعليقات على حساباتنا في إنستقرام وفيسبوك وثريدز وتيك توك وإكس وسناب شات
- ملفات نشاطنا التجاري على خرائط قوقل ومنصات التقييم
- فروعنا ومطابخنا في الخبر والدمام والأحساء، وعلاماتنا: HN، ONE CHOICE، MRSALATA، FRISPY، BRG، CRAZY PASTA، GI، YMY، REEZ، EMI
الطلبات التي تتم عبر تطبيقات التوصيل الخارجية (مثل هنقرستيشن وكيتا) تخضع أيضًا لسياسات خصوصية تلك التطبيقات، ولسنا مسؤولين عنها.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نجمع بيانات بطاقتك البنكية. تتم عمليات الدفع لدى بوابات الدفع وتطبيقات التوصيل مباشرة، ولا تمر بياناتها علينا ولا نخزّنها.
لا نطلب ولا نجمع عمدًا بيانات حساسة (كالبيانات الصحية أو العقائدية). إذا ذكرت لنا حساسية غذائية لخدمتك، نستخدمها لتنفيذ طلبك فقط ثم نحذفها مع بيانات الطلب.

4. الإعلانات وقياس الأداء
نعلن على منصات ميتا (إنستقرام وفيسبوك) وتيك توك وسناب شات وقوقل. قد نستخدم أدوات القياس التابعة لها (مثل Meta Pixel وTikTok Pixel وGoogle Analytics) لمعرفة أداء الإعلان. هذه الأدوات قد تضع ملفات ارتباط أو معرّفات إعلانية على جهازك.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نرفع قوائم عملائنا إلى منصات الإعلان لاستهدافك بشكل فردي.
يمكنك التحكم في الإعلانات الموجّهة من إعدادات الخصوصية داخل كل منصة، أو من إعدادات جهازك.
5. من نشارك معه بياناتك
نشارك الحد الأدنى اللازم فقط، ومع جهات ملزَمة تعاقديًا بحماية بياناتك:
- شركاء التوصيل: هنقرستيشن، كيتا — لتوصيل طلبك
- منصات التواصل والمراسلة: Meta Platforms (واتساب، إنستقرام، فيسبوك، ثريدز)، TikTok، Snap، X، Google
- مزوّدو البنية التقنية: Netlify (الاستضافة)، Supabase (قواعد البيانات)، ERPNext وLoyverse (أنظمة التشغيل ونقاط البيع)
- الجهات الحكومية: عند وجود التزام نظامي أو طلب رسمي مشروع
- المستشارون المهنيون: المحاسب القانوني والمستشار النظامي عند الحاجة
6. نقل البيانات خارج المملكة
بعض مزوّدي الخدمة أعلاه يشغّلون خوادمهم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. عند نقل بياناتك خارج المملكة نلتزم بضوابط نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحته التنفيذية، ونقتصر على مزوّدين يقدّمون ضمانات حماية مناسبة.

بعد انتهاء المدة تُحذف البيانات أو تُحوَّل إلى صيغة مجمّعة لا تدل على شخصك.
8. أمن البيانات
- تشفير الاتصال بمواقعنا عبر HTTPS في كل الصفحات
- الوصول إلى بيانات العملاء مقصور على من يحتاجها لأداء عمله، بصلاحيات محددة لكل دور
- تسجيل العمليات الحساسة داخل أنظمتنا الداخلية
- نسخ احتياطي دوري للبيانات التشغيلية
ورغم ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة بنسبة 100%، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق.
9. حقوقك
وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، لك الحق في:
- العلم: معرفة الأساس النظامي لجمع بياناتك والغرض منه
- الوصول: الحصول على نسخة من بياناتك لدينا
- التصحيح: تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة أو ناقصة
- الإتلاف: طلب حذف بياناتك متى لم نعد بحاجة إليها
- سحب الموافقة: في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على معالجة تمّت قبل السحب
لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على info@tkatuf.com. نرد خلال 30 يومًا، وقد نطلب ما يثبت هويتك حمايةً لحسابك.
إذا لم تقتنع بردّنا، يحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

11. خصوصية الأطفال
خدماتنا موجّهة لمن أتمّ 18 عامًا. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون ذلك. إذا علمت أن قاصرًا زوّدنا ببياناته، راسلنا ونحذفها فورًا.
12. ملفات الارتباط (الكوكيز)
نستخدم ملفات ارتباط ضرورية لتشغيل الموقع، وأخرى تحليلية وإعلانية اختيارية. يمكنك حذفها أو منعها من إعدادات متصفحك، مع ملاحظة أن منع الملفات الضرورية قد يعطّل بعض الوظائف.
13. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. ننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، وعند التغييرات الجوهرية نُشعرك عبر قنواتنا الرسمية.

1. Scope
This policy covers personal data we process through our websites, apps and official accounts, including:
- Websites: tkatuf.com, find.hn, ymy.sa, hn.tkatuf.com, rep.tkatuf.com, absm.tkatuf.com
- Messaging channels: WhatsApp Business, and direct messages and comments on our Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X and Snapchat accounts
- Our business profiles on Google Maps and review platforms
- Our branches and cloud kitchens in Khobar, Dammam and Al Ahsa, and our brands: HN, ONE CHOICE, MRSALATA, FRISPY, BRG, CRAZY PASTA, GI, YMY, REEZ, EMI
Orders placed through third-party delivery apps (such as HungerStation and Keeta) are also governed by those apps' own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
2. Data we collect

We do not collect your card details. Payments are handled directly by payment gateways and delivery apps; that data never passes through or is stored by us.
We do not knowingly request or collect sensitive data (such as health or religious data). If you tell us about a food allergy so we can serve you, we use it only to fulfil your order and delete it with the order data.

4. Advertising and measurement
We advertise on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, Snapchat and Google. We may use their measurement tools (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Analytics) to understand ad performance. These tools may set cookies or advertising identifiers on your device.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not upload customer lists to ad platforms to target you individually.
You can control personalised advertising from the privacy settings inside each platform, or from your device settings.
5. Who we share data with
We share only the minimum necessary, and only with parties contractually bound to protect your data:
- Delivery partners: HungerStation, Keeta — to deliver your order
- Social and messaging platforms: Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Threads), TikTok, Snap, X, Google
- Infrastructure providers: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (databases), ERPNext and Loyverse (operations and point of sale)
- Government authorities: where there is a legal obligation or a valid official request
- Professional advisers: our accountant and legal counsel where needed
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above operate servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where we transfer your data abroad we comply with the Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations, and use only providers offering appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention

After the period ends, data is deleted or converted into an aggregated form that does not identify you.
8. Security
- HTTPS encryption on every page of our sites
- Access to customer data limited to staff who need it, with role-based permissions
- Audit logging of sensitive operations in our internal systems
- Regular backups of operational data
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of Saudi Arabia, you have the right to:
- Be informed of the legal basis and purpose of collecting your data
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request destruction of your data once we no longer need it
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
To exercise any of these rights, email info@tkatuf.com. We respond within 30 days, and may ask you to verify your identity to protect your account.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

11. Children's privacy
Our services are directed at people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has provided us with their data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site, plus optional analytics and advertising cookies. You can delete or block them in your browser settings, noting that blocking essential cookies may break some functionality.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The updated version is published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will notify you through our official channels.
