نُشغّل مطاعمنا ومطابخنا السحابية في المنطقة الشرقية منذ سنوات، وبنينا لأنفسنا أنظمة التشغيل والتكلفة والقنوات الرقمية التي نستخدمها كل يوم. هذه الخدمات نقدّمها الآن لمنشآت غذائية أخرى.
١. تأسيس المنشآت الغذائية
- دراسة المفهوم والموقع وهيكل التكلفة قبل الالتزام بأي عقد
- بناء المنيو وهندسته: تسعير قائم على التكلفة الفعلية للوصفة لا على التخمين
- تجهيز المطبخ وسلسلة الإمداد وتحديد الموردين
- الإجراءات النظامية: السجل، الرخص البلدية، الضريبة، الفوترة الإلكترونية
٢. الاستشارات التشغيلية
- ضبط التكلفة والهدر ومراجعة نسب المكوّنات مقابل المبيعات الفعلية
- بناء لوحات المتابعة اليومية للفروع: المبيعات، الجرد، الإنتاج، الالتزام بالوصفة
- ربط نقاط البيع وتطبيقات التوصيل بنظام محاسبي واحد

٣. إدارة القنوات الرقمية للعملاء
هذه هي الخدمة التي نستخدم فيها منصات ميتا وقوقل وتيك توك نيابةً عن عملائنا، وبتفويض صريح منهم على أصولهم هم:
- واتساب للأعمال: إعداد رقم خدمة العملاء، وبناء منظومة الرد على الاستفسارات المتكررة (الفروع، ساعات العمل، حالة الطلب، الشكاوى، طلبات المناسبات)، مع تحويل ما يحتاج تدخلًا بشريًا إلى فريق العميل مباشرة.
- حسابات التواصل: تقويم محتوى موحّد، ومعاينة المنشور قبل اعتماده، واعتماد بشري إلزامي من صاحب المنشأة قبل أي نشر.
- ملف النشاط على خرائط قوقل: تحديث المعلومات والعروض، ومتابعة المراجعات والرد عليها ضمن مدة متفق عليها.
- الإعلانات المدفوعة: إعداد الحملات وتقارير الأداء، ولا تنطلق حملة ولا يُصرف ريال إلا باعتماد صريح مسجَّل باسم صاحب المنشأة.
كيف نتعامل مع بيانات عملائنا
لا نطلب كلمات مرور عملائنا إطلاقًا. الوصول يتم عبر التفويض الرسمي للمنصات (OAuth) على أصول العميل، ويستطيع سحبه في أي لحظة من إعدادات حسابه.
البيانات التي نصل إليها تُستخدم حصرًا لتقديم الخدمة المتفق عليها لذلك العميل: الرد على استفساراته، ونشر محتواه، وإعداد تقاريره. لا تُشارك مع عميل آخر، ولا تُدمج في قوائم، ولا تُباع لأي طرف.
عند انتهاء التعاقد نلغي وصولنا ونحذف نسخنا من بياناته خلال 30 يومًا. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

Tkatuf Services for Food Businesses
We have operated our own restaurants and cloud kitchens in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province for years, and built the operations, cost-control and digital-channel systems we use every day. We now offer those services to other food businesses.
1. Setting up food businesses
- Concept, location and cost-structure study before any commitment is signed
- Menu design and engineering: pricing based on actual recipe cost, not guesswork
- Kitchen setup, supply chain and supplier selection
- Regulatory setup: commercial registration, municipal licences, VAT and e-invoicing
2. Operational consulting
- Cost and waste control, reconciling ingredient usage against actual sales
- Daily branch dashboards: sales, inventory, production, recipe adherence
- Connecting point of sale and delivery apps into a single accounting system
- Team structure, role definitions and approval authorities
3. Managing clients' digital channels
This is the service in which we use Meta, Google and TikTok platforms on behalf of our clients, under their explicit authorisation, on their own assets:
- WhatsApp Business: setting up the customer-service number and building the system that answers recurring enquiries (branches, opening hours, order status, complaints, event catering), handing anything needing a human straight to the client's own team.
- Social accounts: a single content calendar, a true-to-platform preview before approval, and mandatory human approval by the business owner before anything is published.
- Google Business Profile: keeping information and offers current, and monitoring and replying to reviews within an agreed response time.
- Paid advertising: campaign setup and performance reporting. No campaign launches and no money is spent without an explicit approval recorded in the owner's name.
How we handle our clients' data
We never ask clients for their passwords. Access is granted through the platforms' own authorisation flow (OAuth) on the client's assets, and the client can revoke it at any moment from their account settings.
The data we access is used solely to deliver the agreed service to that client: answering their enquiries, publishing their content and preparing their reports. It is never shared with another client, never merged into lists, and never sold to any party.
When an engagement ends we revoke our access and delete our copies of their data within 30 days. Details in our Privacy Policy.
